· COMPETITION NEWS—November 2006: Laura Elliott was selected out of 500+ artists entries as a finalist for the Liberté d’Expressions Competition. Proceeds donated to the NSPCC. Exhibition were held in Barclays Global Headquarters and Candid Arts Trust, London November 2006.

· COMPETITION NEWS—October 2006: Laura Elliott was selected in October 2006 as one of ten finalists with the Art.com 2006 Call to Art, with the theme Seasonal Landscapes.

· September 2006: Two more of my Lisbon photographs have been accepted and published by The British Journal of Photography Online.

· August 2006: We are proud to announce that London Art has accepted Laura Elliott as a member artist. This gives me the opportunity to reach a wider and London based audience with my work.

· June 2006: I am proud to announce that I have completed my Art and Media Diploma of Higher Education with a grade of 2:1. I will be taking a year gap and returning to complete a 3rd year to gain an Art and Media BA (Hons).

· May 2006: Elliott’s Web (UK) Art Gallery has been awarded 3 out of 4 Union Jacks by Shopster. Every shop listed on Shopster is rated with a unique "Union Jack" system, according to its ease of use, choice of goods, pricing and general appeal.

· April 2006: I am proud to announce Elliott’s Web (UK) Art Gallery has won two online awards:

1. ART SPACE 2000 World Web Award of Excellence

2. International Artists and Artisans 2006 Gold Medal Web Award.

· May 2006: One of my Lisbon photographs has been accepted and published by The British Journal of Photography online, click here to view the image.

· Through my university, I have formed a group of like minded artists and we will aim to exhibit as a group. Keep your eyes on this space.

· Group shows and craft fairs with the UK artist circle, AMBIENCE.
